3-ingredient banana chocolate chip cookies

Oats, banana, and dark chocolate chips. That's it! These cookies are so incredibly delicious, guilt and gluten-free! If you don't feel like using chocolate, some other great substitutes are raisins or craisins, shredded coconut, or nuts.


Ingredients:

  • 1.5 cups oatmeal (I used 1/2 cup rolled and 1 cup quick)

  • 2 medium bananas

  • 1/3 cup mini dark chocolate chips

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350ºF.

  2. Begin by mashing your bananas until they are almost puréed.

  3. Add in your oats and mix together until a thick cookie-like batter forms.

  4. Fold in the chocolate chips.

  5. Using a tablespoon or cookie scoop, place the cookie ball onto a prepared baking sheet.

  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until light golden in colour.
