Protein, fruit and veggie packed, these are 100% a guilt-free treat! Made simply by putting all ingredients into a blender. No fuss, minimal clean up with BIG flavour!
Ingredients:
3 ripe bananas
1/3 cup nut butter (I used cashew)
3 large eggs
2 tablespoons pure maple syrup
2 tablespoons nut milk
1/2 cup almond flour
4 tablespoons coconut flour
1 tablespoon spinach powder
1 scoop vanilla plant-based protein
2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1/2 cup fresh blueberries
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350F° and line a muffin tin.
Place all ingredients into a blender, blending until smooth.
Fill each muffin holder 3/4 full, leaving room to rise.
Bake for 15-20 minutes.
