Chocolate Zucchini Protein Smoothie Bowl

A refreshing and easy digesting treat that can be served for breakfast, lunch, or even an ice cream replacement. Sprinkle some magic (aka your fav toppings) on top and enjoy this creamy, delicious treat!

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup sliced zucchini

  • 1/2 frozen banana

  • 3 teaspoons cocoa powder

  • 1/4 cup frozen avocado or 1/4 fresh avocado

  • 3/4-1 cup dairy-free milk

  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder

Toppings:

  • Fresh berries

  • Flaked coconut

  • Grain-free granola

  • Drizzled nut butter

Directions:

  1. Cut zucchini into slices and steam them in water. Once cooled, store the slices in the freezer (best results if done the night before).

  2. Add all remaining ingredients to your blender and blend until smooth.

  3. Transfer to a bowl and decorate with toppings.
