Ingredients:
1 cup all-natural crunchy peanut butter
3/4 cup oat flour
2 eggs (or flax eggs if vegan)
1/4 pure maple syrup or raw honey
2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 cup dark chocolate chunks ( I used Enjoy Life Foods)
Directions
Preheat the oven to 350ºF.
Combine the peanut butter and flour together fully.
Add in the remaining ingredients and mix well.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, and divide the dough into balls of equal size. Press flat to make cookies.
Push chocolate chunks into the formed cookie, and bake for 13 minutes or until lightly brown on the top.
